International Shipping Policy

International Buyers please be aware that  when you choose USPS International First Class shipping service, USPS provides visibility into tracking only up to the point it reaches the destination country, but not the local tracking within the destination country, as it hands over to the local delivery service. As such, we cannot provide any refunds on undelivered packages. Packages shipped using courier services such as UPS, Fed ex do provide guaranteed door delivery, but are more expensive.

Please note that for International returns, any additional charges incurred in returning or exchanging the products such as customs charges paid by us and or additional postage will also be deducted.

We request you to get in touch with us first by sending us an email at info@ospreypens.com, if you have a return or an exchange and discuss your best options. Returns will need to be approved by us before you mail them back to us.

Shipping

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sorry, but we cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs.

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship returns back to me within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
