This listing is for the Osprey Size 6 Ultra-flex (UF) steel nib, featuring a custom ebonite feed within an Osprey threaded housing. This integrated nib/feed/housing assembly, called a Nib Unit, is fully interchangeable and compatible with Osprey’s Milano, Scholar, and Madison pen models.
Available Nib Tip Sizes: EEF, EF, F, Medium, Broad
This nib unit can be conveniently used with bottled ink via converters such as the Osprey converter or the K5 Schmidt converter, or alternatively with pre-filled ink cartridges.
Unlike most market offerings that pair Ultra-flex nibs with plastic feeds, Osprey is among the select few providing premium ebonite feeds. Ebonite feeds significantly outperform plastic, accommodating a wider range of inks and effortlessly meeting the high ink-flow demands of flexible nibs.
You can add an Assembly, which provides you with a spare Outer Grip Section and an Osprey Converter, for an additional $6. Simply thread your nib unit into this assembly and insert it into your pen barrel. This is particularly useful for quickly and easily swapping nib units when you own multiple nib options.
Note: Madison assemblies include a clear outer grip section, while Scholar and Milano assemblies include a black color outer grip section.
Ink Recommendations: Avoid India inks as they can clog the ebonite feeds. Use fountain pen-friendly inks such as Noodler’s Standard Black, Platinum Carbon Black, De Atramentis Document Black, Pilot Iroshizuku inks, and Rohrer & Klingner SketchINK for optimal performance.

I got the Scholar pen with a flex broad nib grinded to a reverse oblique.
Good flow, bit of feedback and decent flex for journaling!!!
Thanks Chu,
Edgar
Was hoping for a very flexible nib but its just not. You really have to push very hard to get a broader line. I'm a cartoonist and this doesn't for what I do. Sorry, just being honest
