The JoWo compatible Rainforest Green Scholar is available in 2 variations: The steel trim or gold trim, both of which have black end caps. This listing allows you to choose a steel trim or gold trim to be outfitted with your Scholar. Note that the Cap Clip may come with a different imprint than what is shown in the pictures.

The Osprey Scholar is designed to be a rugged and dependable fountain pen for students and professionals! Available in many vibrant and classic colors, the Scholar has a long and slender feel.

Note: if you own an Osprey pen in similar color, you can identify whether the pen is JoWo compatible by the clear marking of 'J' on the outer grip section. Osprey proprietary pen models do not have this marking. The imprint on the nib and the color of the housing (clear or black) could be different from what you receive versus what is shown in the pictures.

Choose from Osprey JoWo compatible Size 6 Steel, Gold or 2Tone. These units ideal for everyday writing, come with a plastic feed and accept international standard converters or pre-filled ink cartridges, giving you the flexibility to use either bottled ink or pre-filled ink cartridge. The pen is fitted with an Osprey custom converter by default and is packaged in a premium pen box.

Size 6 Steel economical Special Grinds such as the Architect Broad, Architect BB, Zoom BB, Broad Left-Oblique, Broad-Stub or Double Broad Stub. Similar to the Regular Size 6 nibs, the Speciality Grind nibs also accept international standard converters or pre-filled ink cartridges, giving you the flexibility to use either bottled ink or pre-filled ink cartridge or use with Osprey custom converter.

Size 6 stainless-steel (SS) Ultra-flex in Steel or 2-Tone: Flex nibs are generally preferred by ardent calligraphy users. Fitted with a custom ebonite feed, they work with both, cartridge or converter, which means you can use prefilled ink cartridges or use bottled ink. Use only fountain-pen friendly inks to avoid clogging the feed. Do not use India Inks, or Ink with pigments.
